I loved that video–I’m in the first group that he describes but his explanations and insights are very moving. I have so many favorite classical pieces but when you have some time, listen to “Overture to Candide” by Bernstein and Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto in C Minor, and anything Handel, and of course John Williams. If you’re in Boston, what a great opportunity to hear from the maestro himself!

I’ve been thinking on those terms with alot of things… I know you’ve written about being more well read as well and I’m working on all of it at the moment I’m just also working on my house so it’s the library and whatever else I can find free! I haven’t watched Andre Reiu since I was with you, I just don’t spend enough time with the Television at the moment. Oh well, I’m enjoying the classical music love

I love that you love these arts. You Dad and I were some of the old people moved out of our seats at the last Andre Reiu Concert. There is so much mental order in classical music and when you have a busy life it can be so soothing. I loved it when you kids were little and I would play something for you and when you would recognise it you would just think it was so incredibly cool and you would have goose bumps. Those were the days!
